Presale & Token Acquisition Disclaimer – Tradefi.bot
By accessing or participating in the TDFI token presale or acquiring TDFI through any Tradefi.bot smart contract, you acknowledge, understand, and voluntarily agree to the following:
1. No Guaranteed Launch Dates
Tradefi.bot has never announced an official or fixed launch date for the public release, listing, or market activation of the TDFI token. Any previously mentioned dates were non-binding estimates and do not constitute commitments.
2. Full User Risk & No Reliance Clause
By participating in the presale, the user confirms that:
They purchased TDFI voluntarily, without pressure, promises, or guarantees.
They did not rely on verbal statements, projections, timelines, expectations, or marketing materials.
All decisions were made independently, based on their own research and judgment.
Participation requires prior understanding of presales, ICOs, and blockchain technology.
3. Decentralized Smart Contract Execution
All presale transactions were performed exclusively via decentralized smart contracts. No founder, team member, or representative - ever received custody of user funds or tokens.
All funds are on-chain, transparent, and immutable.
No human entity can modify, reverse, or intervene in any transaction.
The system operates similarly to Bitcoin: no single person controls transactions or can alter executed operations.
4. Automatic Acceptance of Terms Upon Receiving Tokens
Once TDFI tokens are delivered to a user's wallet, the user:
Automatically accepts the Disclaimer, Terms & Conditions, and Presale Agreement.
Confirms they understand the decentralized, irreversible, and high-risk nature of token purchases.
Confirms full acceptance of all legal documents of Tradefi.bot, without exception.
This acceptance is binding and non-negotiable.
5. No Refunds, No Reversals, No Chargebacks
Presale purchases are:
Final
Non-refundable
Irreversible
Not eligible for chargebacks or disputes
Under no circumstances will Tradefi.bot or its founders issue refunds or repurchase tokens.
6. No Liquidity Guarantees
Tradefi.bot does not guarantee:
Token liquidity
Market demand
Exchange listings
Market-making
Buyback programs
The ability to sell or transfer tokens
Liquidity, token appreciation, and tradability depend solely on market forces, community activity, and third-party exchanges.
7. Liability Limitation & Waiver
Users waive any right to:
File claims
Demand refunds
Pursue founders individually
Claim damages relating to token value, delays, or project timelines
Tradefi.bot is not responsible for:
Loss of value
Market fluctuations
Delayed listings
Delayed launch
Technical errors
Smart contract limitations
Lack of liquidity
8. No Financial, Legal, Investment, or Tax Advice
Tradefi.bot is not:
A broker
A financial advisor
An investment fund
A regulated financial institution
A custodian
All participation is independent and at your own risk.
Users are strongly encouraged to seek independent legal and financial advice.
9. Technological Risk & Blockchain Vulnerability Clause
By participating, the user acknowledges and accepts risks including (but not limited to):
Network congestion
Smart contract vulnerabilities
Bugs, exploits, failures
Delays in transaction confirmation
Blockchain network outages
High gas fees
User wallet compromise
Loss of private keys
Tradefi.bot is not responsible for any of the above.
10. Assumption of All Risks by User
By continuing to use Tradefi.bot, the user:
Accepts sole responsibility for all risks
Waives rights to dispute token performance
Understands that all token utility and timelines depend on development phases, partners, audits, and market conditions
If the user disagrees with any clause, they must stop using Tradefi immediately.
